Our No-Fuss Cancellation Policy

At Nonduality Online, we want you to feel a sense of ease and trust when joining our community. We recognize that digital services—including courses and community memberships—are unique because they are delivered instantly upon purchase.
1. Membership & Subscription Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new membership subscriptions.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase.
- Usage Limit: To prevent abuse, refunds may be denied or partially granted if you have already completed more than 20% of a course (via Tutor LMS) or downloaded significant member-only resources.
- Renewal Charges: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard to prevent future charges.
2. Digital Courses (Tutor LMS)
For individual course purchases (outside of a membership):
- If you are unsatisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund within 14 days, provided you have not completed the course or received a certificate of completion.
3. Directory Listings (GeoDirectory)
- Single Listings: Payments for directory listings are generally non-refundable once the listing has been reviewed and published to the site.
- Unpublished Listings: If you change your mind before your listing is approved by our moderators, a full refund can be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
- Policy Violations: If your account is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service (specifically our zero-tolerance policy for divisive or harassing behavior), no refund will be issued for the remaining term of your membership.
- Change of Mind: After the 14-day window has passed.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties, please contact our support team first. We will provide 48 hours of technical assistance to resolve the issue before a refund is considered.
5. How to Request a Refund
All transactions on Nonduality Online are processed securely via WPSmartPay. To initiate a refund:
- Contact Support: Email us at support [at] nonduality.online with your Order ID and the email address used for purchase.
- Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. However, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
- Access: Upon the issuance of a refund, your access to the community, courses, and premium directory features will be revoked immediately.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly if you have an issue. Unauthorized chargebacks (disputing a valid charge with your bank without contacting us first) may result in permanent banning from the Nonduality Online platform.
